1. General Terms
By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or services on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
We do not issue refunds for services once the order is confirmed and the service has been rendered or credits have been used.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Technical issues: If a service failure occurs due to a verified system error on our part (e.g. tool not functioning, detection scan failure).
- Duplicate payments: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
- Unauthorized transactions: If your account was used fraudulently and you notify us within 7 calendar days.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds for:
- Dissatisfaction with AI detection results or score accuracy
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused credits or expired subscriptions
- Submitting AI-generated content and receiving an expected result
- Incompatibility with third-party systems or use outside of the intended purpose
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and account email
- Date of purchase and order ID
- Description of the issue and reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
